About this Opportunity
Did you serve in the Military? Did you know that about 680,000 veterans die each year? Help these heroes at the end of their lives by becoming a hospice volunteer. With so many veterans in our community, you have a real opportunity to honor a veteran by providing a listening ear and creating a sacred space that only another veteran can. As a Veteran-to-Veteran Hospice Volunteer, you’re provided with specialized training to spend time with these Veterans as they near the end of their lives.
