About this Opportunity
As a Learning Coordinator you will support the National Headquarters and be responsible for driving measurable progress toward learning and up-skilling goals in key areas like human-centered design, agile delivery, platform technologies, and product operations. In this remote role you will establish systems to track learning progress, report on performance benchmarks (e.g.,% completion of learning plans), and coach senior leaders to support development within their teams. Acting as a strategic program manager, you'll bring structure, visibility, and accountability to our internal growth efforts shaping a high-performing, learning-focused culture that directly supports our mission outcomes.
Required Qualifications include: Proven experience leading, learning and development programs within a tech, product, or agile environment. Coach senior leaders and influence change across diverse teams and functions. Executive presence and professional maturity; able to collaborate confidently with senior stakeholders. Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Lucid Suite, or similar collaboration platforms. Skilled communicator with strong facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Willingness to comply with current public health and American Red Cross policies.
