About this Opportunity
At Free Arts for Abused Children of Arizona, we believe that art has the power to transform lives. That's why we make it our mission to connect youth who have experienced trauma with resilience-building arts programs and caring adult mentors. We rely on the generous help of more than 200 volunteers each year to power our transformative arts programs. By volunteering at Free Arts, you’re helping create a safe space where children can express themselves and discover their strengths.
Our volunteer opportunities aren’t limited to artists or individuals. In fact, no artistic skills are required to volunteer! We offer both short-term and long-term volunteer opportunities, working with children or in our Phoenix-based office. Whether you host an art supply drive, become a volunteer mentor, or make a donation - your contribution is crucial.Volunteering at Free Arts begins with a one-hour, no-obligation volunteer orientation to learn about the many ways you can get involved in our programs that connect youth with opportunities to overcome trauma through artistic expression. To register for an upcoming orientation, visit https://freeartsaz.org/volunteer/.
